Katie and Matt were married at Oakley Country Club in Wellesley on October 15th! Besides getting ready, everything took place at Oakley Country Club…from their first look, to the ceremony, to the reception! It was a beautiful and brisk fall day in New England!
Our day started with the girls getting ready – when I arrived, they were well underway and I started with Katie’s details! Katie was in love with her shoes – and I am too!
Once we were ready, we headed to Oakley Country Club to meet up with Matt and the guys – they were ready and waiting!
Oakley Country Club has a city view (and a bit of foliage on their day too:)!
Three generations of men in Matt’s family:)
We headed back inside to get ready for the Ketubah signing before the guests began to arrive…
Their rabbi led the Ketubah ceremony with their families looking on…
After the guests arrived and were seated, the ceremony began as the sun went down…
After the ceremony, we snuck outside for a few photos while the guests moved into the cocktail area.
The moon was out and bright and the city was lit up in the distance:)!
Guests were treated to a make your own Lego station to go with the Lego cake:) The sample Legos on the table were Katie and Matt in their Halloween costumes:) So cute!
The Horah!! ALWAYS a favorite of mine – I love the happiness, excitement and all of the chair lifting expressions!
Matt’s father was hysterical and had absolutely no fear up there! For the first time, I actually saw someone have to dismount off the chair (instead of being lowered:)! It was a big jump and he landed it and want right into dancing – it was great!!
Katie and Matt – Thank you so much for having me and a big thank you for Alex for mentioning me to Katie:)!
