Hellenic Center Wedding | Jess & Tim

Jess and Tim were married on September 29th, 2017 at the Hellenic Center in Ipswich, MA. It was a gorgeous day from the couple, to the families, to the guests, and of course to the Hellenic Center grounds (oh and who could forget, Jess’s father’s incredibly manicured back yard!). The day started at Jess’s childhood home while she and her sisters, sister-in- laws and nieces got ready!

This bracelet was made by Jess’s niece and Jess has worn it without taking it off for years and years! On Jess’s wedding day, her niece (now much older) cut it off!

We did some photos in the fabulous backyard before heading out! I can’t imagine the time that has gone into this yard to make it look so fabulous – great job dad!

All of these ladies and girls are family from Jess’s side and Tim’s side. Just perfect!

At the Hellenic Center, I captured some of their details that were out and waiting (including DONUT favors – YUM!!) and then I found Tim and his brother wrapping up!

We headed outside to the Hellenic Center grounds to capture some guy photos before the ceremony!

Jess and her father arrived in the limo and they scooted around the building on the grass for a grand entrance!

Their ceremony took place on the lower grass at the Hellenic Center which gives you a beautiful view of the mansion!

I just LOVE their happiness!! I don’t think Jess stopped smiling throughout the whole ceremony (and honestly the whole day:)! I love happy people:)!!

Right after the ceremony we did our bridal party photos…this first one, we worked really hard to get so that Jess’s tiny niece would be in it and we did it:)!!

By the end of the ceremony, the sun was setting behind the trees on the Hellenic Center grounds, but we found this one spot where it was shining through and it was gorgeous!

I love the chandeliers that the Hellenic Center has hung from a couple of trees.

We just had to do a few photos out front – the Hellenic Center mansion has such a grand feel from this angle!

We started with Jess’s side’s family but were whisked away to the back for the whole wedding group photo….

so we wrapped up with the family photos out back!

Then the reception began!

I get to hear amazing speeches almost every weekend but because I am capturing the moment it usually keeps my emotions in check BUT not during this speech:(  Jess’s father choked me up.  Jess is his baby girl and he is already a grandfather. He tied everything in so well it had me all teared up. Amazing.

Such a small world – Molly, to the left of Jess, was at the wedding because they were college roommates. Molly was also the MOH of one of my weddings years ago (for her BFF childhood friend Erica:)! I would have LOVED to have photographed Molly’s wedding but I was already booked:( Then Molly and her husband were guests at another one of my weddings which I think was a connection through her hubby! As I said it is such a small world but I feel like it is super small with Molly…I have never seen one person so many times!

While everyone was dancing, the sausage cart arrived and set up:)

Everyone moved outside for their final dance…

and a night cap of sausage and peppers:)!

Jess and Tim, thank you for choosing me to photograph your day!  It was fabulous from start to finish!! I wish you and your families the best!
