At the end of June I had the pleasure of heading back to Ocean’s Edge Resort in Brewster, MA to photograph the wedding of Ann and Chris. I know I always seem to say this, but it truly was a fabulous day from start to finish!! Ann and Chris chose to have a “first look”. A “first look” is a private meeting for the bride and groom before the ceremony. The “first look” allows for a relaxing day, plenty of time for a ton of pictures, and some time to enjoy cocktail hour!
From the start of the day, Ann and her girls were so much fun!! The atmosphere was relaxed and full of laughter…Ann clearly set the mood with her light-hearted nature!
When Ann saw these shoes, she knew that she had to have them…They had her name right on them!
These two cuties were the flower girls…they are also Ann’s nieces and were oh-so-cute for the entire day!
Ann and Chris exchanged cards and gifts before their meeting…Ann took a couple of quiet minutes to write out her card to Chris…
While I was capturing the opening of gifts with Ann, Sharon (my second shooter) was in a separate room capturing Chris!

The ceremony took place on the front lawn. Ann and her father, along with her bridal party, came from the mansion and across the lawn…stunning…
Ann’s father was glowing with happiness and pride for the entire day. As you can see, it must run in the family! Ann glowed and I was in love with her laugh and happy expressions!

Chris, Ann and I headed to the beach for a few more pictures of the two of them…
I love so many of their pictures, but this one that was taken before the ceremony caught my eye from the start! I love their matching expressions and they actually did this without any prompting…they were in sync with each other.
