Ashley & Matthew | Boston Marriott Long Wharf Wedding

Ashley and Matthew were married just a couple of weeks ago at the the Boston Marriott Long Wharf. They lucked out with a gorgeous day that was full of sun and “just-right” temperatures for September!

This is Ashley’s nephew – adorable and the life of the party on the dance floor!

What an amazing view from Ashley’s suite!

When I arrived, to the Marriott Long Wharf, the girls were well underway with hair and make-up.

I scooted over to the guys room and easily found it;)

As Matthew put on his socks, he told us the significance of them – on one of their first dates, they had plans to go to see a movie an unexpectedly, they ended up going bowling after…Matthew wasn’t wearing socks, so they ran into a store to grab him a pair before heading into bowl and THESE are those socks! I absolutely love that he thought to wear them for the wedding!

We headed outdoors to Columbus Park for their first look…

These next few photos are definitely favorites of mine – Ashley looks STUNNING:)!

The perfect fall bouquets! I love them against the dresses too!

I love my Marriott Long Wharf weddings because we get to use the surrounding areas like this spot in Columbus Park – Photographically fabulous and these people in these colors totally pop – a perfect match!

Their families joined us to wrap up our time before heading inside for the ceremony…

While Ashley and Matt had a few quiet moments before the ceremony, I grabbed a few detail photos.

Then the ceremony was about to begin…

This little guy was so cute – He strategically and carefully placed the petals on the rug next to the white carpet – I think he was keeping the white clean:)

On the way back out, Ashley’s nephew adorably picked back up every petal that he had put down on the way up the isle – everyone loved it!

After having a some time alone and a couple of photos after being officially married, Ashley and Matt joined cocktail.

Matthew’s mother made the cake topper – it was so intricately detailed and worked great on the top of the cake!

Matt and his mom kicked off the parent danced because Ashley and her father had a surprise to kick off the partying:)

A really thick fog rolled in at the end of cocktail, but it still made for some really cool night shots on the streets outside the Marriott Long Wharf:)

Ashley and Matthew, thank you so much for including me in your day! It was an honor to witness the bond that they two of you have. I wish you both the best!
