August was jam packed with weddings and it ended with this fabulous one:) Elise and Eric (and their adorable daughter baby N), were married at Elise’s childhood church and had their reception at the Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth. It was my first time at their venue and I fell in love with it:)
Their day started at Elise’s childhood home and when I arrived, I headed straight to her details! I liked both of these and couldn’t decide which to keep, so I kept both:) That ring is just GORGEOUS! Meanwhile, downstairs, Elise was finishing up her make-up and spending some time with her little girl before her nap:) Elise read a card from Eric before getting into her dress.his pocket square.
Elise’s sister helped their dad put in his pocket square…When I first walked in, I mistook her for Elise:) In my defense her back was turned to me but don’t they look similar?
Finishing touch – putting on the veil before we headed outside for photos. At the church, we did a few photos of the guys before they headed inside for the ceremony…these included Eric’s brother and his three nephews! I scooted ahead of the trolley to grab photos of the place cards set up just outside the tent at the Five Bridge Inn, but had a few extra minutes to get even more photos while I waited for the trolley to arrive:) I am in love with the tent at the Five Bridge Inn and at Elise and Eric’s vision for their day – the colors and flowers are fantastic!
When the trolley arrived at the Five Bridge Inn, we started with just a few photos of Elise and Eric, jumped to the bridal party and wrapped up with families, just in time for the reception to begin!
Baby N woke up from a cat nap in the car with Elise’s Auntie and was ready for some photos with her mama and dada:)! I just love the arching white birch trees on the grounds just outside the tent at Five Bridge Inn – they make for a great backdrop with a fabulous couple:)!Then it was time for the reception to begin…Eric and Elise were just outside waiting to be announced! From the moment of the intros, I was smiling ear to ear! Eric entered dancing and barely stopped for the rest of the night! It as fabulous! As you can see in this picture – I think Elise was as happily surprised with Eric’s dancing as the rest of us:)!! After toasts, it was time to begin the courses…there was food, socializing, kiddo fun and we squeezed in some group photos too!
With a backdrop of that sky we grabbed just a quick picture of these two also:) After dinner – the dancing began:) We wrapped up with a few night shots before I headed out:)Eric and Elise – thank you so much for including me in your day! I hope that I get to see the three of you again soon and watch that little sweetie of yours grow!!
