With over a year in the making, I was so excited for Stephanie and Rob’s day to arrive:)! I had met the two of them when Steph was the maid-of-honor in Caitlin and Dan’s wedding back in 2014. At Caitlin’s wedding, I not only met Steph and Rob, but I also got to meet Steph’s parents and a couple of the girls that went to college with Steph and Caitlin (that you will spy in BOTH bridal parties:)! That night there was some hinting that Steph and Rob may be next to get married and now here we are and I am blogging about their gorgeous day and so honored to have been a part of it!
Their day started for me at Rob’s childhood home with his guys and his family…This boutineer was worn by Rob’s father on his wedding day and Rob kept it on him for his own day too. They finished up getting ready and we did a few photos in their yard…with umbrellas – it was the only part of the day that it rained, but it did end up pouring on us for just a bit – as they say – it was wishing them good luck:) After spending some time with Rob, I headed over to Stephanie’s childhood home where she was wrapping up hair and make-up! While she finished, I photographed some details including these awesome customized golf balls that Rob had made! I love this photo because Steph and her sister are in the adjoining rooms that they shared – although it was two separate rooms, the door connecting them was removed so that it was like sharing a room for their whole childhood – I love that! I just love this photo because it truly shows Steph! She is a planner and truly had everything meticulously planned an organized, BUT she was also able to enjoy it once we put on this dress! Her laugh is infectious and her kindness and happiness exuded from her the entire day! Love this photo too and although it is just a simple moment, I hope that it means a lot to Steph and her family – I can only imagine how many times they have watched her come down those stairs as she grew up – it makes me teary eyed:)! We did a few photos of the girls and headed to the church! Steph’s arrival with dad and theirwalk up to the gorgeous church! Just look at these moments – pure happiness! These two are just awesome:) Love them!
After the receiving line, we headed to the Governor Gore Estate for photos.. Love this sibling photo!Gore Place is in Waltham – where Steph and Rob are from!
After the bridal party and family photos, we wrapped up with just Steph and Rob … I have spoken so highly of Steph in this post, and Rob is equally as great!! One my easiest going groom’s ever and so humble, kind and caring – the perfect match for Steph:)!! We even had access into the The Gore Place for a few photos… Inside the Carriage House/barn at Gore Place was gorgeous – we went in for a few minutes for some AC and bustling:)!When we arrived at Cafe Escadrille, cocktail hour was in full swing:) We did a few more photos of Steph and Rob and then they were off to enjoy their reception:)!The entry into Cafe Escadrille is just beautiful!
Inside, the room at Cafe Escadrille was set up and waiting – including the books that Steph talks about in her questions below:)The fantastic entrances brought such energy into the room:)!During Chad’s speech (Rob’s twin brother), there were some tears and a lot of laughter too:)Group photos were very important to Steph and Rob and we spent some time at the beginning of dinner doing them – here are just a few:)
The open dancing part of the night was kicked off with a greek dance where money is thrown! This is only my second wedding where they have done this type of dance and I LOVE it!The series of photos that I have of Steph and her sister dancing with their dad are awesome – they were hysterical and so expressive!
I will wrap up with this pic of Steph’s brother – that morning he had mentioned that he was REALLY looking forward to dancing and he wasn’t kidding:)! He was a crazy man on the dance floor and it led to this great photo:)
Steph and Rob, thank you so much for choosing me to be a part of your day! Thank you to Caitlin and Dan for introducing us! All four of you are fantastic people!! Love you all!

Q. What was your favorite detail?
A. The table number books- we can’t wait to read everyone’s messages each year on our anniversary for the next 17 years to come!

A. Hawaii- Kauai and Maui – the trip of a lifetime!
