One of my favorite parts of my job is that I get to meet and work with so many fabulous couples and this particular couple isn’t any different! They already hold a special place in my heart. Ryan is the “little” brother of my college roommate. This is the one college roommate that I spent all four years with (after meeting at freshman orientation). When I do a little math, that means that I first met Ryan when he was 14 or 15 years old…just crazy!! Fast forward about 15 years (even crazier!) and Ryan is contacting me asking all of the “photographer” questions for his upcoming wedding! My favorite question was about timing. I am always so happy when a couple thinks about their pictures right from the start of planning their wedding…It tells me that we are a perfect match! They are going to care about their pictures as much as I do!! Ryan was also the one that did some research and found this park for their engagement session. It is the Blackstone River and Canal Heritage State Park in Uxbridge, MA. I was originally a bit concerned with what the park would look like at this time of year, seeing the trees were already bare, but there were tons of different spots that the park had to offer! Ryan did a great job finding it and he introduced me to a new park that I will use again in the future!
Ryan has always been a kind gentleman, and now that he has found Kerah, he has trully found his other half! Ryan and Kerah will be getting married next October at Water’s Edge in West Brook, CT….It is a beautiful location for a beautiful couple!
Here is a quick preview of their session…Their entire gallery is just about ready!
Ryan and Kerah…Thank you for choosing me to be your wedding photographer…I look forward to your special day!!
